Amazing street art experience in Amsterdam. We had an amazing opportunity to see SAMA collection in a guided tour by the founder of the SAMA. Heard stories about artists, street art works, stories of neighbourhoods and local communities. Definitely recommend to take guided tour, but also if you’re ready to make effort you can follow qr codes and take the tour by yourself. If you want classical museum, then remember that we call street art the way we call it because it is on the street!

It do admit this museum got me confused. I thought it would be a big warehouse with streetart in it but that building doesn't exist. Instead, it is just atreetart surrounding this specific point that you can have guided, paid tours in the summer. We went in the rainy winter but I can understand it is more enjoyable with better weather. I can't say much about the guided tour but you appreciate the art without it.

I’m putting 3 and not less but not more because I probably should have prepared more… but when you look at it fast, it sounds like it’s a place to go which is not! If you don’t get on a guided tour, you WILL miss most of the probably great displays! I followed the Izi Links from the site and lots of the pins are not to be found anymore. It will need an update :/ Posting the pictures of what I found by myself. I was there today at 12PM and and 3PM, no one was at the Google Address location.

Pieces of art (mainly graffiti) on walls in the area, but cool artwork to enjoy while walking around in the area. Plenty of paid parking nearby and a 4 minute walk from the ferry stop and many restaurants and bars. Nice to hang out for a while. They also have open markets (I think on weekends) where you could buy jewellery, clothes, home decor stuff. Bring cash.

Stunning museum. The industrial hall is a perfect background for these huge pieces. Museum is interesting for all, if you’re really into the history and different types of street art or if you just want to gaze at beautiful art. Nice coffee place and shop too. Highly recommend it.

We had such an amazing day! So many nice art works to see (use the app) and a really nice neighborhood as well. We spent the whole day there, combining street art with the most delicious dates, böreks and baklavas.

We went on a guided tour that we really enjoyed! It was very interesting to see all the cool art works and hear the stories behind them. Our guide was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the artists and how the art works were created. Corona friendly activity since it was a small group and we wore face masks. I also like that the museum is involved in many social projects that is engaging the neighborhood. Definitely recommend to book a guide tour if you want to explore another side of Amsterdam and learn about street art!
